| Web disk space may be used freely to store text, pictures or audio data. RAID 1 (automatic data mirroring) prevents data loss in case of hard disk failure. In addition hard disks can be changed without stopping the server (hot swap). RAID 1 is included in all Web Hosting Packages. Read more about RAID1 |

| Weekly weblogs are produced automatically and can be reviewed and printed with your browser.
In addition the log files can be downloaded in case you wish to analyse them using different tools. While you can use your own CGI program they need to be approved by us for security reasons. PHP/5 is available for all packages except FC Mini. PHP/4 support will be discontinued by Jan. 1st 2009! PHP is a host scripting language used for many dynamic web pages around the world. It can be used for many purposes including database connection, input form validation and data transfer. Packages FC-Standard and higher include MySql database support and the popular PhpMyAdmin database administration tool. |

| Use a FTP or better a SCP program to transfer data from our PC to the Internet server.
SCP stands for Secure Copy Program. A SCP program will do the same as a FTP program but all data is encrypted.
Windows users can use the PUTTY program which can be found in our download section. Telnet is used to access the server via a command line. SSH works like telnet but all data is encrypted. Therefore you are strongly advised to use SSH! Windows users can use PuTTYtel which is part of the PUTTY suite of programs. |

Note, however, that the setup fee will not be reimbursed! |

| For all packages of FC Pro and higher we offer optional JSP support.
The additional fee is 20% of the hosting price. We also offer daily data backup (web data and mail) and data restore services. Please contact us for more detailed information. Should you have further requirements don't hesitate to contact us. In most cases we can make you a competitive offer. |
